Jim, thank you for your blog. I have enjoyed reading your various posts. I too am a pastor and theological educator. I was very moved by this particular photo of the crucifixion. The lighting is beautiful. Would it be possible to use this photo for my Facebook profile picture (obviously, I would credit your name as the photographer)? Kevin

Hi Kevin. The photo is of The Cross of Hope. No problem using the photo but you may want to credit Minsteracres Retreat Centre which owns it.
