Hi Jim! On holiday in Southern Italy but have just got wifi and browsing through the blogosphere saw your post. For a renaissance take, Stile Antico singing Song of Songs is both sensual and sublime. I heard them sing at a lunchtime Prom at the Cadogan Hall last year. They sing without a director and if you get an opportunity to hear them, it's well worth it visually and musically. Geoff
