Jim you've forced me to finish writing my review - because your's will I sure be ten times better than mine. Perhaps we need to co-ordinate who's reviewing what book! :-) I've not read Bebbington, although know the major results of his research, so already you can set the book into a better context. This is all a long way of saying I'm looking forward to reading more of your thoughts ...
